We recently completed some wall wraps for Riverside University Health System Foundation. So we figured we would take this opportunity to shine a spotlight on this amazing foundation.

First of all, RUHS serves the Riverside community, which Monster Media is proudly a part of. So special thanks to them for striving to make our community a better place. Riverside University Health System includes the Medical Center, Care Clinics and the departments of Behavioral and Public Health. They provide equipment and programs to best serve the patients who are in need of health care. As a result, the Riverside communities healthcare is better than ever.

The Wall Wraps

We are very proud of the wall wraps we did for them. Our wall wraps are made from 3M controltac. The reason we use controltac vinyl is simple, because it has very small, almost microscopic holes in it to prevent air from getting trapped under the wrap. The surface is laminated for an extra seal of protection. So while the image above is used in an indoor setting, you can use our wraps outdoor as well. It's even great for windows or really any flat surface. How do our wall wraps remain so durable? I'm glad you asked. The answer is a substance called 'latex optimizer.' It's a substance that is positively charged, while our inks are negatively charged. The printer lays down a layer of positively charged latex optimizer first and then puts the negatively charged ink on top. This creates a more precise print with a better bond to the material. It's what makes our inks stick to our vinyl wall wraps so well.

In Conclusion

We were very excited to complete this decor overhaul for RUHS. It's so nice to contribute to such a noble and amazing organization. It's great when two companies can come together for the betterment of the communities that surround them.
