This is, by far, one of the coolest things we've ever made. Everything was handmade and hand-constructed on all-organic FCS certified plywood. The sustainable wood creates a durable and beautiful frame that is unique and not easily duplicated.
The process of creating this photo op frame was similar to the way we've created other prints on wood. We create each piece separately before attaching them all together. The Stagecoach logo is printed on the top with ink and was UV cured to dry. The wood was printed with colors according to our customer's request.
When we made this piece, we made sure to carefully cut the individual pieces to size before placing them together. Each piece is securely attached. The wood ensures that the frame will be durable and secure during the time when Stagecoach takes place. It was built to be sturdy enough for thousands of guests to see and take pictures with.
