Rick Springfield is an Australian musician, singer, songwriter, actor and author. He definitely is a man with some talent. He was first a member of a group, Zoot, but branched off and debuted as a solo songwriter and singer. Rick not only was a musician, but he also pursued an acting career, starring in several movies and television shows such as Saga of the World and The Rockford Files. Rick Springfield's latest 18th studio album, Rocket Science, will be releasing on February 19, 2016 through Frontiers Music. This album is a collaboration with Matt Bissonette, a former bass player.

Rocket Science is album with many different elements. Rick wanted to incorporate a variety music genres and styles by creating pop rock songs that were well mixed with country elements and rock and roll. Rick's technique when it comes to songwriting is he comes up with the title first, which inspires the rest of the lyrics. This album inscribes the emotions of the heart and how it's not always hearts and smiles. He writes his lyrics through the different emotions he encounters. Rocket Science consists of 13 tracks, which will be available on Amazon, Best Buy, and Itunes. We had the opportunity to print Rick Springfield's new album cover onto custom wood prints and they came out looking awesome! We love the uniqueness of the album cover, and how it clearly incorporates the meaning of his album.
