Maypop Wood Mural
Here at Monster Media, we not only believe that art is interpreted in many ways, but the way we express art is also limitless! Take this beautiful, one of a kind custom wood wall mural at Maypop for example. Maypop is a restaurant located in the Paramount building in the South Market District of New Orleans.
Maypop incorporates Southeast Asian and Southeast Louisiana dishes, as well as the aesthetics in the restaurant. We helped Farouki Farouki design this wonderful fusion, by creating two wall murals into one. The mural appears as a map of the Mississippi, but from one angle, you can see the Mekong delta.
By the mural, you may also find wood benches that emphasize the down to earth ambiance that Maypop has incorporated, along with hanging plants which regular customers will watch grow. Maypop is officially open in New Orleans, and if you happen to be in the area, I suggest you check them out!
