New and useful applications for our large format CNC router are going through our doors daily. Today we finished the final touches on a sign for Metal Mulisha with a print on our hp designjet printer then mounted it to some gator board and cut it out to shape with our CNC router. The whole things completed looks so much more dynamic and eye popping than a generic sign printed and left in a standard rectangular shape. We are always happy to help companies and clients of ours with new and innovative solutions to their marketing and advertising needs with all of their large format prints.

One of the fun applications that is available to be used by our machines here at Monster Media is the fabrication of lifesize custom cutouts. With our high quality large format digital printers and our large format CNC router we can print pristine images and cut them out with extreme accuracy to give a final product that will even fool the eye for a moment or two.

Due to the success of our tables we showcased at the Sea No Evil Art Show for the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society we have been working nonstop on a whole new series of wooden tables custom made here at our warehouse. Thanks to our CNC Router we are able to cut any shape we want quickly and precisely out of our FCC certified wood we use. This latest table is a perfect example of the intricacy of cuts we can do. We have not printed on this one yet so here are some pics of the raw materials we have so far.

Derric, the king of “I Have An Idea,” recently decided that if we can make tables at Monster Media with our flatbed printer and CNC router we can surely make beds. And if we can make beds then we can surely make a child’s bed. And if we can surely make a child’s bed we can make a custom child’s bed. And if we are going to make a child’s custom bed why don’t we start off with one for Dash, Derric’s four year old son, and make it in the likeness of one of his favorite things right now, a dinosaur? So, we did. This is a completely custom designed dinosaur bed, with detailed routing around the edges thanks to our large format CNC router and artwork printed directly to the wood thanks to our Digital Flatbed Printer. We have nailed it all together yet or thrown a mattress on it but we are so excited at how it turned out we went ahead and mocked it up on some two-by-fours and took some pics to share around. As part of their promotional campaign to get the word out on their 2009 line of jeans, Volcom had us help them wrap an entire boxtruck with artwork they provided. Boxtrucks are quick and easy wrap jobs that are the perfect example of a moving billboard and Volcom was very happy to drive off with it after install.

We recently had a large order of bioboard signs come through for Global Inheritance. They compiled some rather vibrant artwork to categorize the different waste dispensaries at an even they were attending. The colors came out so good with our digital flatbed printer I felt it warranted some show and tell time.

Sambazon’s artwork is always fun for us to print out because we can always count on them to have outstanding designs with vibrant colors. The latest job we did for them was no exception to the norm. We wrapped ten of their beverage coolers with an adhesive back vinyl with matte laminate and the final product speaks for itself.

All this week we have been printing and installing artwork for UCR’s (University Calfornia Riverside) transportation fleet. This is the biggest group of vehicles we have done yet at Monster Media Inc. with our newest printer, the HP Designjet 65500. Thanks to our machines superior printing performance everything has been coming out impeccable. Vibrant colors plus crisp lines equals good wraps.

Neo Oil, a synthetic oil producer wanted to wrap their toy hauler trailer with some graphics to promote their product. The prints came out really vibrant with this wrap and the larger format decal style cut to it makes it unique.

Fiveten, the well known climbing shoe manufacturer, is one of those clients who utilizes nearly all of our services we offer. Especially our vehicle wraps and large format digital flatbed prints. Their latest request was an order for two 8′x8′ wood prints for their shoe displays. The artwork turned out great and will definitely catch the attention of potential buyers in stores.
